@@afrobuddy4801 its not a very fast track to run on very bad and also the temperature was 18 degree celcius. im not making excuses but the conditions werent favorable. but i agree with ya there not good times they wont make it out of the rounds at paris if they run this

why run any faster ? just gotta do the bare minimum

Hello thanks for your support. I think it depends if you want a stiff plate that would be the tokyo brush 4 but the future faster 2 is way more stiffer it might be too stiff for you. If you could try them on it would be recommened. I think for me the future faster 2 would be better as i have the tokyo brush 4 and the plate is shaped weirdly and can be uncomfortable

@@conw0128 hello and thank you was a tough few weeks im happy to be there. I wont be running the 200m as i dont think im in any form to run it but i will be running 100m next couple weeks to get my season started

@@legionaryeq 2 steps for front leg and 3 steps for back leg is most standard spacing i beleive and when you at blocks keep it at the lowest level of height.

thats great you like the ja fly 4 and yes adidas prime sp 1 the plate is so weridly shaped everytime i wear them my feet hurt. Right now im liking the maxfly 2s there amazing

my tags the code matched and the size was wrong. If the sole can come out its fake does your have a sole that can be taken out?

The insoles cannot be taken out. The inside tag is also whitish clear. I’m certain they are real. Just the size on the inside tags differ - left is 11.5 (I assume for women) and the size on the right is 10 but they are clear white. So when you say your real pair had wrong tags, did they differ like mine?

my tags matched but my soles came off i think yours are good if ebay authentictaed them you should be good to go

@@jamesd6873 yes they did yes the fakes are getting better and better. I got scammed twice once when the alphafly 1 just came out and the 2s when they came out too but now i know how to tell them apart we live and learn!

do not use the maxflys for longjumps as the maxfly is just meant for sprinting. zif you do long jump its recomended you get long jumo spikes.

@@delvinci8016 superfly elite 2 is one of my fav depending on how wide your feet are and how you run it can wear out quick

hello i would say the plate is quite similar to the original ja fly but stiffer. However it is not stiffer then the prime sp 1 that is probably one of the stiffest plates ever

@@francis6249 Thanks. Just ordered a pair. I loved the original Ja Fly. I am currently running in the Ja Fly 4, which is a good shoe. It’s not all that stiff though

@@francis6249 interesting, I just started sprinting 2 months ago and got maxflys. Currently 15 running about 11.8. Do you think they’re under those addidas shoes now? Also, do you mind watching my form and helping me what I need to improve on real quick

hey yes Nike maxfly 2 will be one of the better spikes out there and also the adidas prime sp 3 will be good. I will tell you ebay you have to check the authenticity of the shoes most of them aree fine and real ive bought from them many times and they are legit because they check now if the shoes are real before sending to you.

thank you so much right now we in outdoor prep mode so we are focusing on lifting a good weight and properly as for track workouts we are training 3 running sessions a week. 1 day on blocks 2nd day on max speed 3rd day is more volume day. The point od this excercise is to use the force to properly explode the movement as we go down and up

I'd go up 1/2 a size. I struggled with it being too tight, as well.

@@francis6249 ay man been watching your videos recently. Watched 4 of yours in the past 2 days. I’m new to track, I run a 12.1 100m as a sophomore. I was using some random distance spikes. I was thinking about getting the maxfly or superfly elite 2s. Any suggestions?? I don’t know what to get and I’m lost with all these UA-cam videos. From my understanding: everyone uses the Maxflys and their the best sprinting spikes out by far.. is that true?

hello yes they are very tight but dont worry you should be fine the atomknit is very strong

@@francis6249 ohh thanks that's good. I wear them with socks and the tightness is really good. Super comfortable. Also the stiffness, i LOVE it. Those fake Superflys collapse super easily. I had Puma evospeed sprint 10 before. They were a bit too large. I can use them by putting socks in the heel part. And even though they are beginner spikes, the plate stiffness and aggressiveness is much better and can definitely feel it while sprinting. The plate doesn't collapse, the overall support is really good. Can wait to test the new BEASTS.

i honestly havent felt any difference like you . I think the problem with me is im not in shape as i was 5 6 years ago when i was running under 1 seconds in the 30m+ 10m flys. I ran faster with superfly elite 1 then i do with maxfly or prime sp 2

@@francis6249 I hit a 0.94 10m fly 2x in the Nike Ja 4 and 1x in the Rival S within the last year. My best with the MaxFly is a 0.96 at the moment, but I've used the MaxFly a little less. When I go back-and-forth in the same practice, it hasn't been any faster. But I did drop my 150m practice PB in them last summer (16.22).

very nice times i think its because you may not used to running in the maxflys. I honestly think maxflys are better for the end of the race then the start especially in the 10m fly. It takes time running in maxflys i know alot of high level coaches saying that its not a shoe every sprinter should wear. I know 2 coaches who told there athletes not to wear maxflys instead try the prime sp 2. I agree because honestly i never ran faster with maxflys then i did with superflys but its different for me because right now my performance last couple years has been on the decline i beleive if i had maxflys back in the days i wouldve ran under 11 seconds in the 100m and close to 7 seconds in the 60m easily.@@tracktuary

see when your striking the ground out of your drive phase into transition phase you want your leg landing below your hips in a sort of B skip movement, watch noah lyles run you will see he strikes the ground with so much power below the hip while everyone elese is butt kicking. So the movement of the quarter squat is to imitate the b skip and how your strking the ground running. Its hard for me because i am strong but not powerful meaning i dont know how to properly strike the ground. I used to overstride and quarter squats are used to help your technique and explosiveness when striking the ground. When i ran 7.10 and 11.00 in 100m i was actually not striking the ground properly i was light and fast but my form and posture was very poor i was butt kicking alot and ive been trying to fix it now.

people say theres a difference but honestly i dont see any difference they run exactly the same. The airbag might be smaller but thats it. Id wait for the maxfly 2 and prime sp 3 to come out this summer. its a big year for our sport expect alot new things coming out next few months
